Cooking Class Schedule

Maximum 6 students per class. Ask for larger group possibilities. In addition to the dishes taught, all classes include Salsa and chips to dine on and non-alcoholic drink. You are guaranteed to come away from every class with a full, happy stomach. Please click here for a list of all dishes that are offered.

Lunes / Monday: Chef's Choice

Chef Edgar G. Cordova focuses on cuisine from a State of the Republic or on traditional, seasonal dishes. Contact us to find out what’s cooking!

Martes / Tuesday: 5-Course Meal

Each Tuesday My Mexican Kitchen instructs in a different 5-course meal composed of appetizer, soup, main dish, side dishes, dessert and coffee. Main courses include such options as Chiles Poblanos and Chiles Chipotles Rellenos, Tamales, Cochinita Pibil and much more!

$85 USD per person or $150 USD for two!

Miercoles / Wednesday: Seafood

Come learn new ways to prepare the bounty of the sea that we have at our doorstep! Crab Empanadas, Chilied Fish, Ceviche, Veracruz-style fish, 3 Chili and Garlic Shrimp, Fish Soup…!

$75 USD per person or $130 USD for two!

Viernes / Friday: Appetizers & Salsas

One of last season’s Favorites!

With new salsas and a whole list of delicious Mexican appetizers–Tlacoyos, Sopes and Chilaquiles, oh my!
