Menu 1

 

Botana: Enchiladas con salsa de chipotle (cheese enchiladas with a chipotle sauce)
Entrada: Sopa Azteca (tortilla soup with a mild chile base)
Plato Fuerte:

Pollo Almendrado (chicken in a light chile, almond sauce) Con Tortitas de papa (Mexican potato fritters) y ensalada de nopales (cactus salad)

Postre: Arroz con Leche y café de olla (Mexican rice pudding and a Mexican-style coffee)

Botana: Sopes con Salsa Taquera (corn flour bases with refried beans and various toppings served with a roasted tomato salsa)
Entrada: Mole de Olla (beef and vegetable stew in a mild chile-based broth)
Plato Fuerte: Pollo en Pipian Verde (chicken in a pumpkin seed sauce) Con arroz mexicano y rajas poblanas con crema, elote y flor de calabaza (Mild chiles and sautéed with corn and zucchini flower in a cream sauce)
Postre: Piña y Manzana en Almíbar (pineapple and manzana ‘compote) y café de olla (Mexican-style coffee)

Botana: Empanadas de Papas y Queso con Salsa Roja (cheese and potato empanadas with toppings and a red serrano salsa)
Entrada: Sopa de poblana con flor de calabaza (Poblano chiles and zucchini flowers in a light broth)
Plato Fuerte: Mixtotes de Res, Pollo o Puerco (Beef, chicken or pork wrapped and steamed in a special steaming cloth with a smattering of veggies, in a light non-spicy chile based sauce) Con Arroz mexicano y calibacitas (sauteed zucchinis with corn, squash blossom, etc.)
Postre: Manzanas Horneadas y café de olla (Mexican ‘baked apples’ and a Mexican-style coffee)

Botana: Tlacoyos con Salsa de Chipotle Quemado (bean-filled tortillas with toppings and a roasted chipotle salsa)
Entrada: Frijoles charros (bean ‘stew’ with an accompaniment of additional typically Mexican flavors)
Plato Fuerte: Pollo en mole poblano (Chicken in a rich, non-spicy, chile sauce with savory cocoa )
Con Arroz mexicano y chayotes a la mexicana (Mexican squash with a tomato sauce)
Postre: Platanos Machos Fritos (sweet, pan-fried plantains) y café de olla (Mexican-style coffee)

Botana: Chalupas poblanas con pollo y salsa
Entrada: Crema Poblana (cream of chile poblano soup with bacon and squash blossoms)
Plato Fuerte: Adobo de Puerco o pollo (Pork or chicken in a non-spicy, red chile sauce) Con Arroz verde y tortitas de espinaca (Mexican-style spinach fritters)
Postre: Churros Mexicanos y café de olla (Mexican churros and a Mexican-style coffee)
