The cooking process, as much as the actual dining, is a time to come together and share while productive hands mold fresh ingredients, the base for Mexican cuisine, into an aromatic, deliciously tickle-your-tongue meal. In addition to the items below, please feel free to inquire with any special class or catering requests.
At My Mexican Kitchen, we invite you to join us as we re-create this delectable atmosphere of food and camaraderie. Cooking classes are completely participatory, with a range of flavors and styles offered. Edgar brings his Puebla roots to class with twists on what are often considered quintessential Mexican dishes. And during the process, we share secrets of the rich culinary culture as we cook together. (Did you know that a tortilla has two distinct sides that need to be taken into account when using them?
My Mexican Kitchen Cooking Classes are an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in one of the rich components of Mexican culture. Lasting from 6 to approximately 9 p.m., we offer a range of topics and classes at various prices that can be taken in conjunction or individually. The menus change on a weekly basis and are based on an effort to not repeat dishes that we have previously prepared if we have "returnees" joining us for another class, and when possible, dietary restrictions.

Let My Mexican Kitchen be your personal chefs for a night and worry about the meal, while you socialize with your guests.
My Mexican Kitchen In-Home Catering lets you eat in the comfort of your home, enjoying the flavors of Mexico, new and familiar, with family and friends.
Be the “hostess (or host) with the most-est” without lifting a finger. In addition to chips and a fresh salsa, meals include an exquisite 4 Course Dinner (minimum 6 guests) or a sumptuous Mexican Appetizer Bar (minimum 15 guests) and fun, frothy drinks can also be added for a small surcharge! For the dinner, simply choose the menu you would like from our menu ideas or create one of your own, choosing the meal courses that suit your taste. (We will also gladly help you customize a menu to fit your group's needs.) We arrive with all of the fresh ingredients (and cooking utensils if necessary), cook and serve the meal, do the dishes and put them away, sweep and clean up—it’s all included. Your dinner party is guaranteed to be a success! Inquire for pricing to add Agua Fresca, Pina Coladas or Margaritas to your function.

My Mexican Kitchen catering service can suit your every need, from large, informal get-togethers to weddings and formal affairs. We offer a wide range of Mexican dishes: traditional meals to welcome your guests to the host country of your event, or more international dishes that bring a familiar touch to the occasion. Meals can be buffet style or sit-down, with groups of 20 people or more.
We can make all of the arrangements required for a delightful dining experience, including all of the banquet accessories (tables, chairs, dishes, etc.) and staff.
